Great location! Rooms were clean and free from bugs!! Just outdated but I didn’t care for any of that, as long as I was comfortable. I also like that there are chairs for residents to sit outside of their rooms for smoking or to just simply chill out and enjoy the view!

The room was 'dated' and a bit 'tired' - but it was clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was next-to-non-existent and the experience at Waffle House across the street could not help either.

Location. Some upgrades were good. Having no dirty,smelly carpet. Room had no particular odor.
Definitely older place with many years of patching and painting ect.
