Staff were attentive and very approachable. The service was excellent. Housekeeping was also helpful and made up our room neatly, every day. The location of the hotel was also good, there are many bus options available from here and really close by to the museum!

Arrived around 10am, room was not ready, they try to expedite and the room was ready around 1pm,so aprreciate by early check in and upgrade to bigger and clean room. Staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast is delicious, many choices. Only thing is no hair conditioner provided, the hotel was connect to a shopping which can easily access, so no problem for getting any amenties.
