The staff were super helpful. My friend twisted her ankle off site and the staff really did everything they could to make sure my friend was accommodated.

Location is splendid in the western district with tons of food options. Hostel crew are so friendly and helpful especially the ladies. Bedding is comfortable and the common toilets / shower areas are clean and bright.
As the property is located on the 15th floor inside a shopping store building and a parking garage , often we have to wait for a long long time and only 2 out 3 lifts are working.
