Room size is decent compared to other hotels
One of the female reception staff was rude and unhelpful. On the day we checked in we were told they’re servicing the air conditioning tomorrow, so there will not be air conditioning from 9-5. We have a young infant who cannot withstand the heat for long periods of time. We expressed our concerns to the reception staff however she didn’t provide any resolution nor reassurance, instead we got an attitude for raising the concerns. I think it’s quite fair to ask guests checking in with an infant if they would need a cot. And of course the female staff did not check with us.
Housekeeping needs to be improved. Empty toilet roll was not replaced and bed sheets with stains were not changed.
There are no power outlets next to the beds. Room is sometimes hot at night. Air conditioning will not run to set temperature, the lowest it will go it’s 21C even though you set to 18C
