    When we arrived, rooms are not yet cleaned but their system already said “cleaned”. Breakfast area is small and the breakfast is simple. We tried to cancel our 2nd day booking but agoda system or app is not reliable. Tried calling their CS, but it is not helpful. We just stayed for 1 night and checked out even our booking is for 2 days
