Location great, right next to train station, 15 minutes by train to Universal Studios.
Clean, comfy beds but the air conditioning way too loud
Air conditioning too loud, hard to sleep it was so loud and could not be turned down any lower

The pet facilities, the cute blinds, the facilities were nice
When we got there they gave us an undone room but they quickly switched us to a good room and our stay was pleasant. Seemed like an honest accident that they quickly rectified.
