    Visited my hometown, stayed for a couple of nights to watch showdown with my family. Was a lovely stay, public transport & amenities was easily accessible. Room was clean and the ocean view was a dream to wake up to. Staff were great. Highly recommend.

    We stayed there a night and we enjoyed every bit of it. We upgraded to ocean view from our room and it was beautiful. I would definitely go back.

    Bathroom was dirty. Asked for room to be serviced while we were away. All they did was redmake the beds. Nothing else cleaned or restocked. Pool was closed (due to weather apparently, however it was just some rain and the pool area is relatively covered, except for a roof) Rang down for a toothbrush, an hour later I had to call for an update before it finally arrived. Tram was not working either! I booked this particular hotel, during school holidays, purely for the "heated" pool (definitely NOT heated) and the tram right out the front to take us into the city for the Illuminate festival. I know it's not the hotels fault that the Tram wasn't running. But the whole experience was just really crap
