    the property offers excellent value for money except at xmas time where it balloons in cost. The riims sre excellent with well set out bathroom inc rain showerhead. Bed was comfy and meals excellent plus convenient parking

    Smelling drain in bathroom. Heard music from pub downstairs till 1am. Woken up by noisy housekeeping at 7.30. Nice decor, easy parking, nice room service, but disappointing that l didn’t get a restful night sleep.
