Highly recommend this place. It's quirky which we loved. Great location. But it's the staff that make this place a highlight. They are all friendly and helpful. We had a problem with hot water and they were incredibly responsive.
And a special mention to Anna (housekeeping manager). I lost a very sentimental piece of jewellery in the room and I don't know how or where but she managed to find it and I am SO grateful!

ClapClap Hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was genuinely welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, making it a great base for exploring Strasbourg.
The standout was the breakfast—fresh, varied, and exceptionally well prepared, with plenty of high-quality local options. One of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had during our trip. Excellent value, great atmosphere, and a place we’d happily stay at again.
