I was very surprised how pleasant the hotel was. Great good in the restaurant. Good supportive mattress, good size rooms. Only marked down on the pillows. Too soft for me. Had 3 and that wasn’t enough

We have excellent service at this hotel! We were late arriving for lunch and even though they were not serving any longer, they took care of us! The chef himself came out to talk to us and prepared us an amazing lunch! We would stay here again!

Fantastic customer care and support from the Front desk. Incredibly helpful and kind. It’s a real bonus being able to do your laundry on site. Breakfast is super. Such a convenient location to HBF and a delightful walk to shops and eating places.

Stuff was very kind, respectful and very helpful. On the other hand, my room was not well kept, behind curtains, floor was with a lot of dust. Room was very hot as AC was not working and somewhat bad scent, the bed was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was very testy but you eat on a timer because you will immediately be informed by stuff members that it is exactly 10:30 am. One is free to carry on some breakfast to their room though if they wish.

Hotel is very conveniently located in the center of the city. Daily breakfast buffet is awesome, staff is. Wry friendly, rooms a clean and modern. Hotel should update their towels which are small, old and not very comfortable.

Very nice hotel and location. Only issues were the WiFi and bed size/layout. The nice lady at the desk mentioned the WiFi doesn’t work with iPhones, which seems odd, but sure enough, did not work with either of our phones, so disappointing if it is a known issue. Also, the bed was pushed against the wall, which made it hard to sleep with an already smaller than normal double bed. Plenty of space in the room for it to be turned another direction.

Excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We booked a deluxe double room. The room was very large with large bathroom (large shower and separate bath), separate toilet, dressing room and sitting area. Everything was very nice and clean. Very comfortable bed! A closed parking area underneath the hotel is available so your car is safe. Breakfast was very extensive and of very good quality. Would not look for an alternative.

Super close to train station. Right across the street. Helpful walking map as well as yrain pass back to Basel. Wedding expo was going on when we arrived. Comfy duvet, shower right next to bed with see through partition. Warming rack excellent to hand wash as necessary x
