    The room was ... Decent. There were some damages to the comforter and other room items. We did have an issue coming back to the room and our key was deactivated and I had to call the hotel (because reception was closed). The house cleaners did straighten up our room when we left (but we didn't have the option to request they didnt). They seemed to have a small pool area but we didn't use it (not sure how we would have accessed it). There were some walkable places in the area - wish I could've explored more.

    The hotel does no match the pictures of the hotel. I was quite and clean. Bed not the best at all. No ice machine on property. Bathroom could have been better clean. You could see calcium from the hard water deposits

    Checking in was a very Frustrating Experienced. I've booked and paid for one of the largest room in advanced. I've also emailed the property right after my reservation was confirmed that I need an ADA room due to my disability. On the day of check-in at 11:30 am now I'm receiving an email from the property notifying that my confirmed reservation with a large room was only located up stairs with no elevator?? Why wasn't I notified in advance after my payment was processed? Not even 4 hours before check-in time?? This is a Horrible business practice. So we ended up taking a very small room and I wasn't able to use my walker in the room because it wasn't able to accommodate my walker.

    ⭐☆☆☆☆ Be Careful Before Booking This Hotel! I’m extremely disappointed with how this hotel handled my reservation. When I booked through Expedia, I specifically chose the option to pay at the hotel when I checked in. Despite that, the hotel charged my card the day before my arrival without my permission! Since I had planned to pay at check-in, the payment didn’t go through. Immediately after, I received an email demanding payment and threatening to cancel my reservation. I had to call Expedia, and the representative had to personally call the hotel to fix the situation. Even after that, the morning of my check-in, the hotel called me again demanding payment or they would cancel my stay—while I was at work! To avoid losing my 3-night reservation, I went ahead and paid in full before even arriving. When I finally checked in, they told me I had to pay a $60 deposit that was never mentioned anywhere during booking or when I called earlier to make payment. They also insisted it be paid in cash, which I didn’t have, so I had to use my debit card instead. After checking out, I didn’t get my deposit back until five days later, and that was only after calling the hotel twice to ask for it. The only positive thing I can say is that the room was clean and the location was convenient.
