Water could be off throughout the day and elevator went down with electrical issues and we were on the 4th floor!

I chose this location and it didn't disappoint. We were there for an event close by and it was great. Breakfast was fine. Tub was on the older side but it was clean.

Our weekend getaway didn't go as comfortable as planned. The mattress was as hard as wood , i told the hotel staff i was hyperallergenic yet nothing was done. I was itching because the sheets and towels are probably washed in a concentrated detergent and the soap they had available was not hyperallergenic. Also no hand soap in sight and no conditioner only shampoo. No pressure in the shower and breakfast is a joke it starts at 6 in the morning and ends at 9am it's like they don't want you to have breakfast, the less people the better for this hotel. I wouldn't say i won't recommend this hotel but they need a lot of improvements and i really hope they listen carefully to the reviews and do something. I mean come on Wyndham you can do better !!
