    I’ve always had a great experience staying at other Springhill Suites but this stay was terrible! The room did not have enough towels for the number of guests on the reservation. There were no Kleenex tissues. They did not leave any extra roll of toilet paper in the room. Staff that was assigned to the breakfast area was standing around talking to other staff members in the front desk and not tending to the breakfast area. Both coffee pots were empty, there were no forks or spoons placed out. I had to open the cabinet to place forks out for other guests to use. Almost all food items were empty including butter and cream cheese. Both trash bins were overflowing. This property does not live up to the other Springhill Suites that I’ve stayed at.
