The room was clean. The African man with long hair at the front desk seemed totally lost/ confused and gave me incorrect room, non working keys next....just hasn't been trained well. I was there in November and same thing happened w/ him. He is super friendly though.
Overnight night guy could use some hospitality skills he lacks badly.
I always love their hotel / rooms are right for the price point. Location is close to LIS airport and across LIDL

Room was clean. Staff was courteous. The wall can use some paint over since there were a lot of marks on it and the reception area needed vacuuming. Bathroom was clean. Overall for the price it was a good value.
