Quiet, comfortable
A little bit dusty in places, no coffee in room

Last minute booking when we arrived at airport and had our plans changed. Quick access, it was right fit for the one night we need it.
One of the lifts broke down and all night there was a bell ringing because the estates didn't come to sort it out.

The breakfast was quite adequate. The location was good for the airport
Lack of general maintenance was an issue in room 140,
The shower head was loose and could not be tighter to spray on the person in the shower.
The soap dish was hanging off the wall.
The AC could not be adjusted even after following the inadequate instructions.
