The Sevilla Palace is a very good value on prize real estate on Mexico City's Paseo de la Reforma. Like other hotels and restaurants they went a bit overboard with prices during the World Cup. Hopefully they'll settle down soon. But even so it is a good value. Especially so if you have a car. Parking is easy and up until a few months ago was free but now there is a fee which is reasonable: 70 pesos per day with in and out allowed during the time period.
Swimming pool on the roof, with grand views all around. Glass enclosed elevators make every ride spectacular.
Bring your own coffee maker. Coffee is expensive in the room, free in the lobby.
The hotel is very clean, spacious, and well designed; everything works as it should.
