Staff good ,more space area in the room but a little bit look old and woman onsen not available in that time.

Arrived at almost 2pm wanting to store my luggage first, and the kind staff said the room was ready and allowed me to check in earlier. Super thankful for that!
Room was spacious and I love the tatami area. Kinda dated but it adds to the retro feel. Enjoyed the onsen with various shampoo and skincare products provided. Location is near Oike Park with beautiful lake view. The free foot bath at the entrance is a charm too!

we love our stay, the room was huge, the Onsen free, the location was perfect picture located at the foot of the mountain, the lake was so nice walking around it.

The staff were wonderful and gave amazing restaurant recommendations with a ready map of their locations. Room was very nice, having both a more traditional Japanese side and a more western standard size, although i do wish the beds could have been pushed together
