My friend and I stayed on the 4th floor. The room was not soundproof at all—you could hear other guests constantly. The heating pipes were extremely noisy and made it hard to rest. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful. We were given insufficient towels, and when we asked for hair towels, they brought the wrong ones. The minibar was empty, there were no proper toiletries, and the shampoo and soap were cheap, half-empty bottles with broken lids.

Well I stay for two nights again fantastic place to stay 20 min or 30min from city centre easy to walk about, excellent breakfast, beautiful room perfect service and fast, they provided real coffee with pods , water too in room, they were fantastic place to stay. The only minus is spa is not included and would cost you between 70 to 80 euros. And the gym was closed at the time due to being refurbished. 😔

Hotel surrounding area wasn’t great but it’s an older hotel outside the city center. With that said still felt safe, clean-ish, worked staying a few nights. Was less than a 10 minute drive to all the Verona Tourist spots and the hotel itself had solid Spa options if we stayed longer would’ve def tried them out. Staff was helpful and nice. Parking was limited in the free outside section and then their garage was 10 euros per night. Not much food was open late at night around hotel but there’s a McDonald’s across the street that’s open late, along with that the hotel restaurant looked solid and was open pretty late as well.

Room was big and spacious. However, the air conditioning doesn’t seem to be working well hence it was warm. Toilet does not have shower curtain so water will tend to get in the floor. Customer service is not the best. Check in with hotel if they are able to help make preparation for birthday but message was totally ignored. Location was good (nearby train station)

After travelling through central and northern Italy, we were pleasantly surprised to find a nice, modern & comfortable hotel! Room was a very good size. Breakfast had a large variety. We wanted to try the restaurant but it was closed on Sunday which was the only day we were in Verona. Bathtub didn't have a shower curtain so water went on the floor - that was the only issue we had.

Rooms are good size: But no Flexibilty to change date. My perception was up to 48 hours before check in ?? Spa area ( Jacuzzi, Sauna) not available ( I specifically was drawn to this at booking) and seemingly chargeable ( accept treatments are). Their own booklet in the hotel confirms entry to Fitness Suite is free?? Window seriously cracked - hotel aware already but should have been stated at check in. Excellent recommendation for nearby Pizzeria Rio. Il nostro Calzone is a must. Good breakfast selection

Overall the hotel was good value but a couple of annoying things. 1) sauna is shown so on arrival we asked where it is only to be told it needs to be booked. We could only book it the evening of the next day at which point we would have checked out and unable to use it. Then we asked the oriental gentleman in the evening if any availability had opened up and he was annoyed we was asking. If you need to prebook it should be clear 2) parking is very limited so i would suggest you pre book the private parking for which you need to pay. Having said that the hotel was a very good price and breakfast was good and rooms clean

The room is large. The design of the room is very modern. Big TV screen. From the window you have a view on a silent street. There is a restaurant on the ground floor that serves very good food for dinner. Breakfast on the first floor is good as well. The staff at the reception desk is friendly. I have enjoyed a comfortable stay in this hotel so I would recommend this hotel.
