This hotel was a major disappointment.
* Amenities & Cleanliness: The hot tub is located on the 1st floor, completely separate from the swimming pool area. The sauna was out of order, and there were no pool towels provided. When we went to use the hot tub in the morning, the area was littered with trash, cigarette butts, and empty alcohol cans and bottles.
* Safety Issues: The wooden enclosure around the hot tub lacked any visible smoke detectors. Additionally, one of the hot tub safety handrails was missing, and the other was extremely loose and wobbly.
* Room & Comfort: Upon entering, there was an immediate foul smell. The bed was saggy, and loud midnight noise made sleeping nearly impossible.
* Overall Value: Despite posting "No Smoking" and "No Alcohol" signs, management clearly fails to enforce them. At a nightly rate comparable to a Four Seasons, we expected far higher quality. This property is outdated, poorly managed, and completely overpriced.

Location was easy to get to and near everything! Staff was very pleasant, my room was clean and had all the amenities that I needed. Furnishings were somewhat dated but it was a great value!

This Inn probably wasn't worth what we paid for it, but the employees were kind and the location was ideal. Our "double queen" was definitely two full size beds, the sauna was broken, and the Inn was "run down" at best. But again the employees were so very kind - I didn't even find the need to complain .
