The pool and the outside lounging areas. not to mention easy access to the highways and to get around Bagnal Damn made it real nice.
The front desk lady didn’t seem to try to be very helpful which came across rude.

Nice location and Pool and Hot tub.
No phone in the inside pool. Or Our room. It didn’t work.

The staff was extra friendly and would go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Cleanliness was just okay.
This place desperately needs renovation. The carpets are stained, furniture has holes and is just overall run down.
