The staff was cheerful and very helpful. They booked a taxi for us and even tried to call me when they found my husband’s credit card on the ground outside the hotel! The breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious with all the selections we could have wanted. We had a wonderful stay!

The staff was very helpful. They had us in the wrong room for the first night but accommodated by giving us a cash refund for the difference, a beer, and next day breakfast. The rooms are darling, great location, just blocks walking to our bus stop to the train station and all the shops & cafes. Canal at night (and day!) is beautiful. Take the boat tour, it’s an amazing view of a beautiful town.

Hotel Augustyn is a charming hotel a short (8 mins) walk from the town centre and the Belfry. Located right near one of the picturesque canals, it was a relaxing place to stay in Bruges. Good continental breakfast too. Highly recommended.

Perfect. I don’t think we could have stayed any where better. The beds were so comfortable, the apartment was spacious and so close to town. Parking close and ideal for parking a van.
Communication has been amazing from the hotel.
Loved everything about it and would stay here again!
