Nice rooms in an gothic like, red themed hotel. Hotel restaurant is always packed! Which is great!

Hotel is well situated in a back alley like street next to the main square. Rooms itself looks like they were recently renovated but the corrdiors look gothic and slightly old. Probably going with the same theme in the restaurant. Which speaking of, the restaurant was packed during all evenings. Did not get to try the food but assume its good if it was that packed.

Staff: though the staff were very kind, they can be a bit more professional. I asked for things to be fixed and it was not. I asked for hotel check out process and they left out details causing more work on my end to complete. But again, they are all kind, just not sure how they are keeping track of everything. Housekeeping: usually towel on floor means change towel. But housekeeping left all towels as is. *shrug*

Cosy, clean, classy and perfect location.

Fantastic hotel, beautifully decorated and lovely cosy vibe. Location 10/10! Seconds from the main square and everything in Bruges easily walkable. Staff were brilliant and super helpful. Would 100% recommend this place!

Cosy and very pretty place with a Cathedral view

It's a very nice little family owned hotel with tastefully done interiors, corridors are very cool, painted all red. Clean beds with plug sockets next to each bed, we know how practical these are. Staff, and the owners were very hospitable and welcoming.

One thing to point out (as both a guest and an architect) is that the door to the toilet SHOULD NEVER be a glass. Opaque glass, but still not something you desire to have when the rest of the occupants are sitting in the room to have on display when you are on the toilet. And please make them floor to wall, enclosed. Toilet time is not something to be shared with anyone. We had to cover the door with bed sheets to make it more private, although the open space above the door meant that the smell would spread to the room... You can imagine the rest. So we had to time our toilet time. But that is the ONLY downside. The rest was really good. I would definitely recommend this place just to make them put the proper door to the toilet.

Lovely hotel, very very close to the Grote Markt. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The triple room was the perfect size for our family of 3 adults. And the bar downstairs was a great place to get drinks and tapas for dinner.

Literally the only thing I can think of is that it would have been nice to have side tables next to the beds instead of tiny shelves jutting out from the wall. But everything else was great.

Would recommend just the restaurant. I would try again maybe just a different room located somewhere quieter in the hotel. Bruges was worth the visit!

Very Small Room for 2 people, Sink across room from bathroom - difficult to wash hands. No Coffee in Room, Note on Thermostat "air would work unless windows closed" however it didn't seem to work. We opened the windows thinking it would be nice to just have fresh air- we got so many MOSQUITOS bites!! Could hear the noise kitchen of restaurant all day night.

Stay here for a max enjoyment in Bruges!

Lovely staff. I managed to break usb charging cable and of course all photos, activities, tickets etc on the phone they let me charge and suggested where I could get a replacement, meaning panic over. I was given a double bed room rather than a single (so must be off season). The location is perfect for exploring the 'egg' of Bruges and the bar offers excellent food and drinks.

Location. Excellent Rose Red Cafe. Shower pressure was fine and sufficient could be slightly better. Sink location awkward. Shower abit awkward if sharing a room with another party. Elevator addition a pleasant surprise. Loved what seems to be a brand new renovation.

Very homely and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for the staff, although I was travelling alone I felt very comfortable eating in their bar which was extremely busy every night.

Great location. Just off the main square but in a quiet street. Really good restaurant with very accomplished small plate. The staff were great and a real shout out to a wonderful woman called Amy who was exceptionally warm and friendly

Fantastic location

Excellent location. Friendly, informative staff. Rooms were very clean and maid service was provided. Shower was good with plenty of hot water. Lovely, fluffy towels. We didn't use the bar but it seemed very popular and lively.

Our triple room had a very small and cramped bathroom. Very little storage space for 3 adults. One small pillow each. Room was very warm but if we opened the window it was very noisy due to bar guests in the courtyard. Not the hotel's fault, but both nights we were disturbed by VERY noisy guests. The first night, people banged loudly for 10 minutes on the door of the room above. The second night, two guests were arguing loudly. Other than that, the location is very peaceful and so handy for the centre. It's a shame the walls are so thin!

What a perfect base to explore Bruges.

The view from our room was breathtaking. The location in town was perfect for exploring, Bruges and once the tourist leave the streets are quite. Staff were so helpful and the breakfast was just what we needed to start our day.

Can't fault it at all. I believe they are about to start renovations so I am sure it will be even more amazing afterwards.

The hotel is very close to the centre of Bruges - well within walking distance of museums, restaurants, tourist attractions. It was very comfortable and I would stay there again
