    A beautiful, exclusive resort with private white sandy beaches with crystal clear waters. Customer service is excellent, the resort promotes turtle conservation, it has a karaoke room, jungle gym (weights made of wood), swimming pools, pool bar, 3 restaurants, pool tables, yoga, kayak, and snorkelling, diving and fishing excursions.

    Wonderful friendly staff. Beach was fantastic - white sands with range of beach facilities (kayaking, paddle boarding, turtle release, snorkelling, etc). Clear waters. Secluded bay. Deco a little tired; location can feel a little isolated if you want to go elsewhere but there are options such as island hoping or renting an ATV. Will definitely be back again

    I booked a cliff bay view suite 3 weeks earlier after multiple phone call was made to the Resort receptionist to finalize some arrangement like transport, etc. Before i ride the ferry, i call again to confirm pick up at the jetty. When i arrived, the van that is supposed to pick us up is not there and we have to wait for quite some time for the van to arrived. After we get in the van, we have to wait inside the van again as the driver had other task to do before send us to resort. Total waiting time is around 40 minutes, after 2 hours ferry ride it is really exhausting to wait another 40 min for us to reach the lobby. Then comes the worst part. We arrived at lobby. All looks ok, there are welcoming drinks and towel. We checked in at lobby and ride the buggy to our room. Only to found out that its not the one we booked. We go back and ask the receptionist and they said the one we booked is not available, so they upgrade our room to ocean view room. Honestly, the reason i stay at this resort is because of the cliff bay view suite. So i dont care if the room is an upgrade, they should have inform me earlier about this and let me decide if i want to proceed or cancel the booking. But they decide to only tell me when i arrived. Even during check in the didnt tell me. I only found out when the buggy sent us to our room. They don't even compensate or trying to make things right. Just said sorry. My holiday plan was ruined, u have no idea how i look forward for this trip and the preparation i made. I felt really disappointed and felt like getting scammed.
