Solo female traveler here. Overall okay sebab saya cuma perlukan tempat untuk rehat dan solat. Breakfast memang sedap, dan suasana hotel sangat privacy & peaceful, sesuai untuk yang tak suka crowded.
Cuma saya dapat bilik dengan tingkap yang lock rosak dan terbuka, jadi labah-labah, ulat dan serangga mudah masuk. Toilet pun agak kotor. Malas nak tukar bilik sebab dah penat nak angkut barang. Harap pihak hotel boleh improve kebersihan dan maintenance. 😊 sebab segan banyak orang luar datang buruk la untuk mereka tengok kebersihan kita memang kotor teruk lendih kuning toilet tahim cicak merata, saya nak solat ambil wuduk pun rasa risau kebersihan ni, tapi saya akan repeat untuk nak mencari ketenangan nanti hehe

the staff were great. resort has its own jetty. location was a 15min walk to long beach, which is the life of redang. however, the walkway smells horrible from the garbage, not sure if it was from the resort or some other building. the room was below average. the door was too tight to push, struggled to lock. comfy beds, u would be dead asleep after a long day of snorkelling. AC was super cold, which was okay. the bathroom could do some upgrading work. we couldn’t use the shower/heater bc of the water leak and a risk for electrocution. sink was leaking too. facilities were okay, very clean but there were lots of those millipedes especially after hours of rain. not really a big problem if u dont have a crippling fear of those thousand-legged things. staff were excellent, they did their best to assist us in any way. the snorkelling equipment they have are clean too. the price & location were okay for a quick budget trip.

Saya taktahu apa masalah staff sini mmg teruk. Masa kitorang dlm bilik boleh sorang staff laki ni buka kunci bilik kitorang weh! masa tu adik tgh solat, saya tgh baring kat katil. Nasib je katil tu x direct pintu bilik! Imagine tgh salin baju ke bru lps mandi ke weh. Lepas buka tu cpt2 dia ttp balik ckp dlm phone weh ada org laa. Apa hall. Dahla x say sorry ke apa. Tu je nk complain lain2 ok lah berbaloi dgn harga sbb ni chalet paling murah dekat redang.
