Breakfast was amazing. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was great and included a brand new shower.

Pros: the hotel value was definitely reasonable for the location: close to transportation and restaurants, enabling us to walk to most places. Everyone (staff) was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast lady and the front desk staff are fantastic and treated us like family. The room was clean when we arrived and cleaned daily. The balcony was nice but it was too wet and cold to enjoy it, no fault of the hotel though. The USB connectors were very helpful.
Cons: if you request a balcony room, be prepared to walk up a flight of stairs. These rooms are on the 5th floor, but the elevator only goes to the 4th. Also, a drawer unit would be nice to put undergarments in. Probably could replace the 2 shelves on each side of the bed with small drawer nightstands or a small dresser. Although there was a closet pole for hanging dresses , etc., there was no place, except a few shelves, to place undergarments and most of the shelves had something else on them, glasses, safe, small fridge, lamp, etc. so we basically lived out of a suitcase.
