The breakfast and shuttle were okay but the cleanliness of the building was poor, cold room, moldy smell in the room and traffic noise in the room. Definitely won’t be staying there again

Shuttle was overcrowded and insufficient for all the passengers wanting to take it I really object to the use of single use crockery and cutlery at breakfast - it can't be that hard to use a dishwasher Room was very comfortable with lovely view albeit through dirty windows. Breakfast was fairly good, although didn't include the breakfast tacos detailed on their website

Convenient hotel but shame about the unfriendly reception staff. We arrived a couple of hours prior to check in time and totally understand we needed to leave our bags and wait, but the blonde lady on reception was pretty unfriendly and unhelpful.. it seemed like it was a chore for us to leave our bags.. and even suggested we left them unattended in the side passage when there was clearly a locked room to leave them... we insisted we wanted them in the room.. so don't get caught out with that. When we came back to check in, the next lady was lovely... but on check out the next day, the lady wasn't all that friendly either. I just don't understand why people who work in these front facing jobs do so if they can't be friendly

Those two Hispanic ladies at the front desk were not professional and kind. I booked the king bed/ high floor, but one girl lied that they do not have a room. After I checked the room, I complained about getting two single beds, and then she finally said, "I have a king bed room but the low floor" I do not understand why she lied first and then acted like she finally helped me. I have been to many hotels, this one has the worst service. The hotel itself was good by the way

Close to Allstate Arena where I was taking my son to see his fave band. Restaurants across the street made off-hour meals no problem. Front desk staff was awesome. Gym was clean and good for cardio, had a nice span of dumbell weights for lifting, but no weight machines...yet.

Airport shuttle had stopped running just as our flight arrived, so we were unable to use it. It was nice that there are dinner options near by that were open late. Unfortunately we didn’t sleep well because we were very close to the freeway and the traffic was SO noisy.

Grandson enjoyed the pool (5 yrs old). I enjoyed the breakfast (coffee very good). Lots of room to eat. Parking is at a premium and parking next to a dilapidated is ugly. Your hotel is in a premium location with Outback and First Watch restaurants directly across the street, nice. A Target within walking distance and numerous other restaurants in the area. Even though we can watch the planes take off from O'Hare Int AP, it was very quiet. Enjoyed our stay.

Parking for Guest was limited, do to a event at the allstate arena next-door. We had three rooms in our party and none of them had exhust fans in bathrooms witch is going to a issue in the future with mold .pull out couch in all room should be replaced

What we liked: * Very nice hotel staff, especially the front desk staff. We had to change room after 2 days, and since check-in time was at 3pm, they were able to move us to the other room after we checked out from the other room. They also informed us that the other room that we booked was ready by 12pm. We really appreciated it and thankful! Also, the other room we booked, they made sure it was on the same floor. 🙏 We did not request it, but as if they know us. 🙏 * Free breakfast. * Clean rooms. There were free coffee and tea. Coffee maker and small fridge in the room. There were big shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom. * Microwave was located at the dining hall near the front desk. * There was an exercise room and swimming pool but we never used it. * Near the airport but airplanes flying over the hotel, the noise was bearable. I’m a light sleeper and I was able to sleep. * Airport shuttle starting at 5am. * We liked the multiple beds. 2 Queen beds and 1 full/queen sofa bed. * Near restaurants and Target. What we didn’t like: * The multiple beds room was located on the second floor and the view from our window was HVAC system. * We prefer brighter hallway lights. * Somebody spilled their cereal right outside the elevator and the wet floor signage was far from the spill. I had to move the signage where people can see it when they got out from the elevator. We left the dining hall at 10am and checked out at 11am, the spill was still there.

Close to airport- quick stay as layover for flights. Staff member at front desk was exceptional. He set up a taxi for us for 3/30am and recognized us and helped with luggage etc. very friendly and helpful. Room was super comfortable

The staff was fabulous we were there for 3 nights and every staff member we encountered were lovely and went out of there way to answer any question we had. Our room was spacious had a large sofa and king size bed - clean and homey feeling. Very nice bar - Ean was the bartender all three evenings and what a nice guy - very friendly to everyone. Great experience!

We stayed with kids and adults passing through on a longer trip. Parking cost an additional $18 which I completely missed in my haste of booking, if it was stated somewhere. The parking lot itself is awful, with very limited close spots and most spots being around the back in a dark lot of an abandoned LaQuinta. The pool was very nice, kids enjoyed that. Rooms were clean, very nice bathrooms. Beds were soft and pillows comfy. Blackout curtains and we did not notice any airport or traffic noise. Nice bar with food as well and multiple areas to relax in if you don't want to be in your room. Breakfast offerings were your typical hotel fare with ample seating. We did not utilize the airport shuttle at all so we cannot speak to that.
