    This hotel is really worth it for your money. the staff here are exceptional and go out of the way for you. the location is top tier it’s such a close walk to circular quay so you can get anywhere you want to, and the rooms are clean everyday which is a great touch to come into at the end of a long day

    I think this location is due for an update to help maintain its status as a destination hotel. The view is amazing, but the rooms feel dated.

    Housekeeping no even tidy the room but make it more mess up. Report to front counter nothing much can suggest. Water dispenser spoil and only can provide cold water. Ask services crew the answer was, kast time used to have hot water but the button spoil. 5 star hotel....provide spoil water dispenser 👍
