    Hotel was nice with a lovely view of Barangaroo from Level 29, room were clean, daily housekeeping provided and available for request via the Shangri-La Circle app and amenities were adequate. Cot was available upon request with complimentary baby amenities provided. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice. Good location walking distance to Circular Quay and George St.

    facilities and location is good. but if you care about service level, this is not for you. I used to stay at the fullerton but gave this hotel a try for its view and location. but service is far from expectations for a 5-star hotel. I prefer Fullerton.
