KEEP HOPING... I hardly ever stay at Quality I have Diamond Status at Hilton Platnum Elite at IHG Platnym elite at best Western platnum at Wyndham. It stayed by requesting to check in early. I was told no had to wait until 3pm I said but the place is over half vacant i know you have a room ready. Sorry 2pm it's the earliest hotel policy. I passed on with questions as to why but I was never given an answer beside hotel policy. I had been in the car for a long time and now it was beging to rain with my bags strapped on the top. It was now 1230 and i begged please so my things don't get drenched. She could care less she had to follow the rules even though she didnt kniw why. I finally get into room 2 pm and what a dissapointment. Lights that were burnt out lamps sideways and just the cheapest everything. Next day after leaving i check my account and sure enough $150 charge. The room was pre paid through Agooda $** I call to see what is going on and they tell me I ruined towels sheets and the mattress. I arrive back at the property to protest and view the alleged damage to be told I'm not allowed back in the room they could send me pictures. I never got the pictures but i did have my own pictures that i took. Nothing shows wanting like they claim. I see now why this hotel wasn't even listed on the website for choice hotels. So still have not revived my money back. STAY AWAY IT WILL COST YOU WAY MORE IN THE END THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH IT

We thought it was a nice stay but then we saw a cockroach in the bathroom & in the fridge. The hair dryer didn’t work in the morning & I had a funeral to attend. I called the front desk & they brought me a portable hair dryer not before the maid barged into my room to check my in room hair dryer to make sure it wasn’t working. I didn’t even have a shirt on & I think I know how to turn on a hair dryer. I also ended up w/ about 4 bedbug bites. Lastly, 2 days later looking over my bill, I noticed a charge. When I called them, they said the maids counted my towels & I was missing a small washcloth. Who in the world would take a small washcloth. It was thin & rough. I didnt even want to use the bath towels much less take a small washcloth. There were 2 of us & we only used 2 bath towels, 1 washcloth & 1 hand towel. Am still waiting for a call back from management.
