Best hotel I have stayed in. The staff was incredibly attentive - knew your name on arrival. A pre birthday cake was a surprise as well. When they advertise as a luxury hotel, it is exactly that!

Best experience and really comfortable stay. My room had some issue with the TV. The staff tried to fix it right away. The same day they changed my room to address the issue. Very happy with the professionalism and courtesy. Highly recommend.
