I was given a nice room at the back of the hotel , but the radiators did not work, it was freezing. There was a small mobile radiator, that did nothing to heat the room. Also there was no telephone either. As I was staying 4 nights ,they did upgrade to a better and warm room.

On my arriv the reception gaveva welcoming greeting .My signingvin was strieght forward and good communication. My room , bed linen and towels are Scrupulously clean and very comfortable , Lovely presentation abd lovely furnishings, everything i need. The staff in every category are so friendly and always give a greeting. Nothing is too much trouble. My stay has been a a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. I havecstayed many times over many yrears abd always had a wonderful timevhere and i can truly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here many times before but was extremely disappointed this time . The room we were given we was pleased at the size but it was freezing cold and was given an extra heather which helped . Then there was no hot water to shower so we were moved . Really frustrating when you are only there one night and have to repack again .

Staff were excellent , room was spacious and clean, food was divine albeit on the pricey side, but then you would expect that from such good food, this also means the drink prices are also on the high side. You have to pay for the Pool, but the Gym is within the room charge.

The room was lovely, and the staff had gone to the extra effort to decorate for my partners birthday, which was a really nice surprise for him. We enjoyed using the spa, the bar and the breakfast buffet. It was a perfect base for exploring the local area, and somewhere we could come back and relax in the evenings. All for a very reasonable rate, would stay again.

Our shower didn’t work properly asked reception to have it fixed .Landed up showering in the gym and had to brush my teeth in cold water . The carpets where dirty and not cleaned for a while.I would not stay their again very disappointed.

This could be a realy good venue. The room was verry good but there was a constand sound of running warer from behind a panel in the wall. It would also be faur to inform people that there is a £10 charge to use the pool in the booking information

Spa was excellent, breakfast always delicious, dinners were also delicious, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Only trouble I had was the drain in the shower of my room didn't quite drain correctly....leading it to spill into the bathroom floor. Otherwise, fantastic stay! It was my third time staying here, and I'd 100% stay again!

STAYED WITH DAUGHTER AND GRANDCHILDREN, VERY CHILD FRIENDLY WITH THE RECEPTION AND BAR STAFF BEING VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMODATING. I had two rooms booked - a twin for one person and a superior double. Both excellent. Gripe for the superior was about a half an hour to run a bath and no Wi-Fi :( possibly due to location at the back of the hotel. We were there for a family 90 th nearby so it was a great opportunity to stay. Accrington was £6 in an uber. Disappointing though to have to pay a tenner if you want to use the pool :( gym free mind. Overall though a great hotel and thanks for the late bar. Our tariff was RO so didn’t try brekky but a very decent stay in this area. Our room was cool despite hot weather so that was good though the windows did open and not too darn the ground floor to be unsafe so defo a dec place to stay thanks.

We were put in a room where the toilet was nearly impossible to sit on as it was so close to the wall and it had a toilet roll holder poking out, the bathroom lights did not work and there were people walking around upstairs at 2am being very noisy, we had probably the worst view out of our window too. Wouldn’t stay here again in that room, not worth the money we paid at all.
