Very good and clean good big room
Was a very far walk to the room through multiple corridors and even a walk through the outside and it was freezing

Areas have been renovated to a nice modern look
Spa clearly is old and needs attention, pool had black stains and dirt, lockers hanging off the walls that don’t shut properly, old looking from the outside.
We moved rooms as first room door didn’t shut, windows need replacing as damp and mouldy.
Food was ok, but felt expensive for what you got, very under staffed in the bar area, other restaurants available a short drive away
Defo not a 5* hotel and certainly wouldn’t class a spa hotel as open to the locals
