Huge comfortable bed and great sized room. Staff were super helpful and even though there were weddings on, we didn't hear a sound.
Great selection at breakfast and staff made sure we had a clean set table during busy breakfast.
Super swimming pool, my daughter loved it.
There was a long wait to check in, but once we got to the front the staff were lovely.

The room was very clean and comfortable.
The gym, swimming pool and steam room etc excellent
The television was an ornament
No channels that worked and it gave the option to cast (mirror) from phone but wouldn't work. It was a long evening after eating with 2 teenagers and the pool/gym closed.

All the facilities, spa and breakfast. The room was spacious.
There were a few marks on the floor which didn’t look good and although the cleaning staff was nice the overall room good do with a deep clean. Dirty along handles of cupboards. We did let the receptionist know about the marks.

Manager Sam was very helpful in sorting the issues and always offered a solution
Breakfast was good first day with variety
Next day found mould in vegan cheese
Staff helped with pram and luggage during lift repair

Lift broken, dirty room after cleaning, food lefr on beds despite beds being done, pungent fishy smell in bathroom explained as chemicals. Sharp door handles on cupboard in a family friendly room resulted in cut
No phone in room had to use mobile and main phone with long hold time
Strong narcotic smell at night from outside mist likely weed
