staff was great and helpful. beds were creaky, uncomfortable, and pillows were tiny and flat. shower had parts of the tub that were chipping, and chipped off, the faucet and shower could not transition well, and would cause the tub to not drain well. toilet had a slow flush, and needed multiple flushes to drain well. television did not work at all.
