Stayed here from 4 nights and I cannot complain about my stays except the pressure of the shower. Because it is not enough, it took me almost one hour to shower everyday. Other than that, it is located in front of or/and walking distance to bus stops to anywhere you like including crossing the river side of the areas and walking distance to the green line train that goes to the mall and Safeway (supermarket), and restaurants.

For the price, I wasn’t expecting too much just a general clean place. But it was more than that! Games, breakfast, 24 hour fitness access, cool decor and theme, and of course clean. We were visiting PSU and it was centrally located for that.

Aside from the mandatory amenity fee ($30/night) not known by booking ahead of time through other sites, it is a fee often put on any hotel in downtown Portland apparently. However, the complimentary breakfast from 7-11am was simple but nice and at 7-8pm the free s'mores and fire outside was very fun and a welcoming tradition. Very kid-friendly with a bouncy house outside and plenty of arcades and other games below. No problems at all, friendly staff and high standards. If you can afford it, I recommend it.

The shower SUCKS! NO water pressure and feels like floor is rotting. The walls and light switch plates were grimmy with hand/finger prints and the room smelled strongly of old cigarettes
