    Not the worst place I have stayed but that is not saying much. The bathroom was all there but tiny, the floors were old carpet that were showing their age. A/C unit sounded like lying on the hood of an old Peterbilt.

    I booked this exclusively for the kid's pool with my young son. It's the Comfort Inn so you don't expect the Ritz, but it's about as Comfort Inn as one would expect. The girl at check in was nice but told me the kid's pool was closed and after some debate, I chose to go elsewhere and asked for a refund. She told me her manager would have to approve it and it would wait until the morning. I totally understand this. Well the main hotel manager was a total a$$hat. Agoda did a really fantastic job trying to get my money back with repeated phone calls to the property but informed me the property manager would not agree to the refund. I then called him and explained the situation professionally and asked for a refund. He outright denied it and he became arrogant and heated. I asked for the contact information for the owner and he told me "it was none of my business" and hung up. Probably the worst customer service experience at a hotel I ever had. So over the *** room, you've earned this review, Comfort Inn. Good work. For everyone reading this review, call ahead if you are looking for any specific amenity. This same situation with a closed amenity has occurred a number of times at *** and *** properties I routinely stay for work--it's the way it goes--but refunds or alternate accommodations along with great customer service are never an issue. This place sucked. DO NOT STAY HERE.

    The staff was amazing absolutely no complaints! Rooms could have been a bit cleaner, but I think that’s any motel you stay at honestly. Breakfast was great! Now the pool.. I booked this motel specifically for my daughter, the hot tub was out of order, and the pool & kiddie pool were freezing! Want to take an ice bath look no further you have yourself a sweet deal! Would I stay again in the future probably not unless I knew the pool was warmer & the hot tub was working!
