It's a motel, very basic, decent condition for a decent price. Not very dirty but not sparkling clean either. Our pillows were in bad shape and when asking for replacements, we were told housekeeping will be informed. Never got replacement. Breakfast includes: coffee, juice, PBJ, waffles. No protein or fruit. Can hear people talking in the hallway and cars in parking lot. Parking lot is well lit and feels safe in general.

The only issue I had was that my toilet didn't always flush as well as it should have. I seem to remember it was slow moving, and not everything went down on the first flush. Other than that, I didn't have any problems! It was a decent place to stay.

The staff was super friendly. That’s about the only good thing about it. The blood stains on the wall and on the bed sheets were wild. There was also a bunch of dead bugs on the floors, and the room just wasn’t clean at all.

We needed a 2 bed non-smoking room for 1 night, and after reading reviews, we were under the impression we would get a clean, smoke free room at a decent price. The hotel itself is pretty run down and I can understand things just being outdated and old, but the room we had was filthy when we got there. Perhaps the room isn't currently a smoking room, but it was overwhelmingly obvious that it had been in the past. The bathroom had pee on the floor, you could smell it before going in. There was chocolate and ice cream (I hope!) on the nightstand and chairs. The sheets were gross, one lock was broken on the door and the chain was hanging on by a screw. We went ahead and braved the night, sleeping on top of our clothes, skipped using the shower and stacked chairs in front of the door. Our business clothes stayed in the bag because we didn't want them smelling like cigarettes. If you're looking to visit Madison on a budget, do not go here! The reviews are not true.

The room was freezing cold. It was very outdated and the bathroom left a lot to be desired. There were holes in the door of the bathroom. The caulking was peeled away from the shower surround and the base of the tub. The room smelled horrible. We booked for 2 nights but only stayed for 1 due to the condition. The nickname of this hotel in our small town is The Meth Way Inn and I can now see why. Would definitely not recommend this hotel.

About broke my neck slipping in there horrible shower.Right foot bruised, right butt bone in a lot of pain. Of course after that they put me in a handicap room close to the office; which I should have been offered from the get-go seeing I walked in with a cane and back brace. Just blessed nothing serious happened like a busted up head or reinjury of the back surgery I had 10 months ago; and I'm looking at more back surgery in February. Yea, I have pictures of the injuries I sustained and a video showing that horrible tub that was deceptive at best. I'm not the suing type, but from what I was told by the night shift; when this happened, it's happened a couple times to others.

I arrived and found the phone didn't work there wasn't an alarm clock and the remote was broken. The front desk did address these issues right away and i was happy with the results. The light on the wall outside my room flickered the entire time of my stay. The door jam to my room looked as though the door had been pryed open and the latch was missing. You could see light through the door where the jam was damaged. The balcony was covered in spiders. I counted like 12 in total. This hotel was close to the job i was working. Traveling for work i would stay there again. Traveling with my family i would choose a different hotel. Many construction workers were staying there and prices didn't seem consistent.

We asked if we could have a ground floor room because of my husband's issue of walking stairs. W also called and asked if the room was available the day before we were scheduled.
