    We were going to LA from Seattle and needed a half way point, this was a good choice. Staff was friendly, runs we're nice, big beds and we got good rest for our final day of the trip.

    Everything was smooth UNTIL I spoke with the owner. I was supposed to check out on that day, but I made another booking for 3 more nights. And when I checked in for my first booking, I already spoke to another front desk staff and I told him about my 2nd booking and told him to put me into the same room, he confirmed that I won’t have to physically check out in between the 2 bookings. ( I will be at work and I have quite some luggage, it’s unreasonable to move all the luggage out of the room, then move them back). . But on the day I am supposed to check out for my first booking, I called front desk just to let them know the arrangements again, the owner answered the call, the first and only question he asked was: did you make the booking online? I said yes. He then requested me to move all my stuff out of the room, and come back 2 hours later. I told him again that the other stuff already put me back into the same room and told me I don’t have to physically check out. The owner asked again: you booked online right? I said yes, he then insisted I move all my stuff out, and said he will put me into a DIFFERENT room. Seems like guests who booked online will not be treated well. ( I suppose it’s because the motel makes less from these guests). Anyways, the owner is horrible!
