Very nice staff, good value for the money. Mediocre breakfast.

Reserved 2 rooms and gave me an uncleaned room so we have to transfer room. Probably a mistake but it shows how badly manage.

I chose this place because customers gave it a "9.1" rating, and it was a good price; however, consider both the pros and cons below: Pros: 1. Excellent location right across the street from a shopping center that has a grocery store, restaurants, Ross, a gas station, etc. 2. Friendly staff. 3. Free breakfast that includes juices, yogurt, granola bars, fruit, Oatmeal, and hot drinks (coffee, etc.) 4. Room has a mini fridge and microwave. 5. Each side of the bed has a lamp whose base has two outlets, but be sure to have your own USB wall charger. 6. Price is decent. Cons: 1. The Amana air conditioner makes a loud noise when turning on and running. This wasn't just my room. I asked two other guests who said their rooms had the same problem. The other cons aren't so bad, but this one is the main one that is a deal-breaker for me. If the air conditioner were quiet, I would have recommended this place, since the other cons are very minor. 2. The furnishings are old, with some wear, but not too bad. 3. The bed felt like an older spring mattress, but my wife and I could still sleep well enough on it. 4. Supplies: The only toiletries were a shampoo and conditioner that were in two small bottles. I'm not sure if that would have been enough for two people when one of them has long hair. Still, no big deal, since I'm sure you could easily ask the front for more. Also, rooms didn't have complimentary water bottles in them; however, they might have been available at the front desk. Since this was listed as a 3-star hotel, I was used to seeing them supplied in a room. Again, no big deal. 5. Rooms are small, but adequate. 6. A sign warning about the security of your car makes you wonder, but it's hard to find an inexpensive hotel where you would have better security for your car anyway.
