The staff was super friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. The room was very nice and spacious. The shower was perfect with lots of water pressure and adjustable jet choices. I felt like i was in a millionaires home shower. We loved the ice cold water and hot coffee in the lobby. The breakfast had a nice selection of items to choose from including busiest and gravy. The eggs and fresh waffles were delicious. The pool area is very nice, and the hot tub has powerful jets.There are vending machines for late night munchies, and speedway is also nearby as well as meijer and a small handful of restaurants. All the staff smiled and welcomed us, a special shout out to Debbie and Richard for going above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Thank you.

Room was very nice. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom very clean. Desk clerk on arrival was friendly and welcoming. Outside impression is a little bit shabby. Halls are kind of dim. But for a one-night, on-the-road overnight, it's a great stay for an exception price.

We were very happy at the Baymont. Super convenient. Just behind Bob Evans Restaurant. Great value for the room. Super clean. Very comfortable. We stayed for 8 nights. Have Richard make your eggs in the morning. Such a wonderful host.

Great price because of my credit at Hotels .com. Breakfast was awesome the person that was working that morning had everything cleaned up and stocked.If you want something that not there just ask.He prepared eggs over easy for a couple would wanted that.Nice location, walkable distance to Bob Evans, convenient for access to the interstate with 3 gas stations within a block.

Debbie checked me in both quickly and with a good laugh, she really made my day. The room was spotless clean and vault like quiet. The furnishings were in good condition with a genuinely comfortable office chair at the desk. The room was very well lighted as well, a very pleasant and comfortable place to stay. The bed was excellent, the air conditioner quiet, the shower had good pressure and hot water. Although I didn't use them the pool & weight room looked to be well kept and very clean as did the entire building & grounds. Finally, what an excellent breakfast: Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy - all fresh, hot and tasty. This is a nice place to stay, the folks working there really put some effort in to make it that way.

The Baymont in Richmond, IN is past its prime and rather dingy in the common areas. The room was adequate with a good mattress and a new upgraded shower. Cleanliness was subpar though. Breakfast was typical for moderate priced traveler motels.

I ending up not staying because how dirty are he room was. Th window you could not look out because of the damages, I found mold on the wall, the furniture is all chipped and the room was very humid. The hallways were full of lighting and hot. I am very disappointed in this hotel and how dirty and unsanitary they allow the rooms to be.

Great service at check in, I pre-checked in, so it made it go so fast. Remodeled rooms, ours had the lpl flooring, which I like better than carpet. Coffee, Tea available all day, a nice lobby with a few seats to relax while waiting for room. Nice options for breakfast to allow you to be full.

The hot tub was horrible the water was luke warm and all the jets were broken they were shooting up out of the tub. Not that we needed it but the lift chair at the pool had wires hanging out of it and the base was crumpling apart. There were lights out so it was dark in hall ways and pool area. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work and the TV was not good at all small and picture was terrible Overall the place was not clean very run down. The staff was nice but it just didn't make up for everything else. Would not stay there again.

Wanted to give it 5 stars so badly but just couldn't. Front of house staff were genuinely lovely and everything was clean and well put together for the price point, Debbie at the front desk was a joy and offered cookies to those passing by the desk, no one seemed like they didn't want to be there. However, when we forgot one of our phones and returned a couple of hours later it was nowhere to be seen. The phone was seemingly turned off or had it's sim card removed as it went straight to voicemail, I can say with near certainty that it was stolen during room cleaning. Everyone we talked to was great, and as much as I want to credit them for that, I simply could not recommend a place that you have to worry about returning to less than you left with. Hopefully an isolated incident but can't be sure.

Debbie welcomed us at the front desk and gave us all the pertinent information, but she went above and beyond. The fresh baked cookie was a nice touch. Breakfast was standard. The pool and hot tub were clean as well.
