You get what you pay for here. This place is absolutely filthy. The breakfast is non-existent. TV did not work everything about this place is cheaply done. I actually cannot believe they keep the Quailty Inn accreditation.

Entire hotel smelled like smoke and musty. Also had roaches in room. No clean towels or maid services on a two day stay.

We entered our room to find a dirty pillow (ok, there were 3 more) then we pull the covers back and the sheets were covered in stains! Called the front desk and was told there was nobody from housekeeping on staff but we could move rooms. Ended up moving rooms at 11:00 at night, with no apology.

Night clerk was nice and helpful. First room had a hole in the wall and fridge did not work. Second room had no tv remote. Smelled smoky in a non-smoking room. Dirty halls, broken/empty vending machines. Shower curtain was too short and got water on the floor. Breakfast was pitiful and no coffee available. I wish I spent an extra $20 to stay at a different hotel.

Bed was a little bit hard. We had put a sign on our door privacy and when we returned to our room we noticed the trash had been emptied and towels replaced.

Where should I start, a cockroach in the bathroom, the air conditioning unit pumped out air that smelled like old used socks, the shower curtain smelled horrible, the pool had dead bugs in it and was never cleaned, and the wi-fi was almost non existent and I had to keep logging in every time my phone or laptop went to sleep. This hotel was cheap to stay at for a reason.

The lobby and hallways smelled of marijuana. The pool was broken. Crumbs all over our room, half eaten food in the room wastebaskets (not our food) and I was refused a refund. We stayed in that facility all of ten minutes.

I booked here a few weeks prior, when I arrived I asked about the pool as it was the main reason I booked this hotel. They said it was closed and wouldn’t be running until the next week, they also charged a $150 deposit for any damages such as linens, walls, etc. when I got to my room, there was some black marks on the top “decor sheet as the receptionist claimed” and when I asked for a new one she proceeded to say she didn’t have any. I wanted them aware as I will refuse to pay the $150 for damages that weren’t even done by me. Day time and night time receptionist weren’t pleasant to deal with. Then I was looking at the side of the one bed and it had brown marks on it. It isn’t a clean hotel and not very nice staff. Won’t be booking agai!

Family reunion brought us north and we needed a place to stay over on the way home. This hotel was the best I’ve stayed in since the trip began. Hallways were a bit warm but the room was very cool and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and modern looking.

On 06/2025, I spent 2 nights at Sleep Inn, Indianapolis, IN. I got a spacious 1 bedroom. It was clean. I did NOT see any bugs so I felt very comfortable. The location appeared to be safe. The parking can get crowded but more parking spots on the side and back of hotel (no parking fee). Breakfast on both days had scrambled eggs, breakfast sausages, waffle maker and cereal. 24 hour staff and check out was very convenient. I had a pleasant stay.

Stayed with our family of 6 in two rooms. Check-in was overly complicated. Property was grungy and dirty overall. Smelled like cigarettes throughout. Elevators were shaking and sketchy. A/C must have been busted inside the halls and it was hotter and muggier than outside. A/C in rooms took a long while to get up to temp and the shower took almost 15 minutes to get warm. The beds were overall uncomfortable. One of our rooms had a busted doorstop and hole in the wall where it used to be. Lots of truck divers and construction dudes staying at the hotel made my daughters very nervous. “Free” breakfast was not anything like what is advertised other than some waffle machines. Little to no selection of any decent food. Overall vibe was very gross and I would never recommend this to anyone. Photos are very deceiving and I wished I had read reviews more carefully beforehand.

Walked into lobby that smelled of strong cigarettes smoke along with a dirty smell. Keep in mind there is smoke free sign hanging in the lobby. The staff member told me it was on the clothes of someone else who had walked through. It was clearly not that individual. The whole place smelled of cigarette smoke. Our room was so filthy I had to go ask for a new room. At this point I should have left but we were tired from traveling all day. The bathroom wasn’t clean, towels were yellow looking, thin and had holes. Pillow cases looked like they hadn’t been washed in months. Yellow stained and disgusting looking. The last straw for us was finding a bed bug. We packed up and left. I’m unsure how this hotel hasn’t been shut down by the health department.

It’s an affordable option. If you don’t want to spend that much, this inn is okay. There are so many stains on bedsheets, pillowcases, and all around. The room’s smell is not that good and feels like a little dusty. Overall, this is an affordable option.
