    POSITIVES: room looks nice & modern when you first walk-in; staff was friendly & helpful when I asked for extra pillows and tissue box; check-in & check-out procedure was very fast and hastle-free; this hotel allowed cancellation & refund almost right up to day of check-in; hotel is right across the street from a CVS & Walgreens for convenient late-night run; hotel is right next-door to an awesome Mexican restaurant that served an amazing late-night, take-out dinner (I walked over in pj's & easily picked up the food); hotel is only an 8 minute-drive from historic district; the complimentary breakfast was fantastic with two waffle-machines, an assortment of bagels & bisquits, jams & toppings, cereals, oatmeal, sausage, eggs, juice machine, etc.; hotel beds were clean and comfy; free wi-fi worked well; we didn't use it, but the hotel pool looked clean (but small) and there was a small rec room next to it with a fooseball table; hotel overall looked clean and inviting. NEGATIVES: my hotel room floor looked like it hadn't been swept--we could see the uncleanliness in some parts of the room and even walking barefoot, we could feel it on our feet--that was actually gross and we all stayed in socks in the room because of that; the shower floor looked kind of gross too--like mold or something along the seams. The consolation was a clean rubber mat was provided to apply to the shower floor. Those were the only two negatives, but besides that, overall, I would stay at this hotel again. 4 out of 5 stars.

    We stayed there one night for our stay in St. Augustine. There room was nice enough. However, the cleanliness wasn't to our standard. We wore socks around the room because the floor seemed dirty. Our socks were filthy after one night stay. I think they should hire better cleaning

    I am a man driving to meet wife in south Florida which is fine as just a sleepover. Wouldn't recommend for anything but that. Price was remarkable, but adage you get what you pay for applies.

    The floors were disgusting, dirty towels were in room upon check-in. Stained towels, fridge froze liquids, no coffee machine, low water pressure, train track noise overnight, toilet handle broken. Moldy grunge in shower.
