If you travelling to St. Augustine on budget, this is definetely one of the best hotel. Room is renewed and clean, location is right in front of the beach, staff is friendly. They dont offer breakfast, however there is circleK in a walk distance where you can find a quick bite, coffee, water and etc. Highly recommended !

Excellent location to stay! Very close to the beach and restaurants for nighttime outings. The room was spacious, the bathroom clean, and the bed comfortable—all at a reasonable price. And they have a free parking space!

Our room smelled so badly like smoke and it never went away in the 2 days we were there. They gave us Odoban and we sprayed and sprayed and it still smelt. For a non-smoker this was a total deal breaker. I think the staff smoke in the rooms while they're cleaning them. The greatest thing about this hotel is the location, close to beach, restaurants and the gas station.
