We were there for a fair, as the hotel prices were too high, we preferred to stay at a place with logical pricing, so we liked the price. In the morning it was 30-40 min drive to the Messe. The small apart was very clean, all amenities were sufficient and parking was easy.
The heating was provided with an electrical radiator which we had to move from bedroom to living room each time we changed our place…

The heating way. I should heat the apartment with 2 portable fan heater (one of them a small toy) when outside were negative temperatures. Not so pleasant when you return to apartments and everything (specially the bathroom) is cold, in case you have the courage to let the fan heaters on when you are not 'at home'. Owner had enough time to fix the underfloor heating. I stayed there for almost one week because the owner didn't except my proposal to cancel the booking, even if I sent it 4 days before the check in. Finding a parking place even for electric car is not so easy.
