Okay for one night.

The instructions to find the apartment were spot on. The host provided great communication. The photos matched everything provided in the room.

The kitchen was not very clean. Dishes in cupboards were dirty, the towels had a very bad smell, and the area felt very unsafe. The apartment is located in the same vicinity as multiple nightclubs. The door to reach the elevator did not lock, there were multiple people loitering around the entrance to the apartments, and there were lots of sounds coming from other apartments and the hallway between 11 pm and 4 am.

Location was good for us particularly for the concert location as the purpose of our trip

Location is not secure as we saw a lot of weird people around and the sofa bed in the apartment was horrible for us. We couldn’t sleep all night

Perfect for short stay

The host was very thoughtful and had everything prepared for three people, including towels, bedsheets, and pillows. The apartment had a lovely view, and the kitchen was equipped with all the basic essentials.

The kitchen gets very hot during the day when it's sunny. Installing blinds or some form of sunshade would help make it more comfortable.

Excelent!!

Everything was great and as expected. The key pick-up was simple and fast. Everything was ready for us to use. The host even left a bottle of water for us, coffe and tea in the kitchen. There were towels waiting for us. The kitchen and bathroom are equiped with everything a person would need to feel at home. The host was nice and polite. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Preis-Leistung ist super, wenn man sich an der Gegend nicht stört!

Die Anleitungen für den Zutritt zur Wohnung waren sehr gut. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Genug Handtücher vorhanden. Ausreichend Haken/Aufhängemöglichkeiten im Bad und im Eingangsbereich. Genug TV-Programm/Netflix Auswahl, wenn man mag. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Gastgeber haben kleine Wasserflaschen auf dem Tisch zur Verfügung gestellt. Ebenso haben wir einen Hochstuhl für unser Kleinkind erhalten. Ausreichend Restaurants und Supermärkte in Laufnähe vorhanden.

Das Gebäude und die Wege zur Wohnung sind nicht ganz unbedenklich. Unten im gleichen Gebäude sind ein paar Nachtclubs, vor denen hin und wieder ein paar fragwürdige Gestalten standen. Leider war bei Ankunft der Aufzug auch mit Müll verdreckt, wofür die Gastgeber aber natürlich nichts können. Das Wasser im Bad wird recht schnell kalt, also nicht lang Duschen und beim Einschäumen lieber das Wasser mal kurz ausschalten. Wir waren zwei Erwachsene mit zwei Kindern (6 und 1,5 Jahre alt) und einer muss auf der Couch schlafen. Diese war leider recht hart mit der dünnen Auflage. Vielleicht eine dickere auflegen.

Das Appartment ist ok.

Das Appartment selbst ist ok. Einfach funktional ausgestattet. Es ist alles das was man braucht. Super fand ich, dass die Küche durch eine Schiebetür getrennt vom Wohn-/Schlafbereich ist. Der Vermieter war super nett, hilfsbereit und flexibel.

Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte über einen Schlüsselsafe bei einem öffentlichen Fahrradständer. Die Umgebung ist wenig ansprechend, teilweise habe ich mich nicht sicher gefühlt. Das Tiefgaragentor war defekt und damit nicht nutzbar, ich musste in der öffentlichen Garage parken (Extrakosten). Der Zugang war schwer auffindbar und schmuddelig und schmutzig. Das Appartment ist im Dachgeschoss. Es war extrem heiß und es gab keine Klimaanlage.

Все добре, гарний вид з балкону. Велика ванна кімната. Гарний господар. Є платна парковка. Можна заїхати самостійно.

Трохи шумно з вулиці, але якщо двері балкона зачинені нормально. Маленька кухня, але є все необхідне.

Angenehme kleine Wohnung in sehr guter Innenstadtlage.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr gepflegt und gut gelegen. Offenbach ist halt Offenbach und zuerst war ich von der Umgebung und den Haus etwas verunsichert. Aber alle Begegnungen, die ich im Aufzug und im Treppenhaus erlebt habe waren freundlich und nett. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war besonders freundlich und ich bin mir sicher, falls es ein Problem gegeben hätte, hätte ich zeitnah Hilfe bekommen.

Draußen am Balkon ist eine Markise angebracht, die bei Wing ständig an das Geländer des Balkons stieß. Ich habe das Problem an den Vermieter weitergegeben und bin mir sicher, dass dafür schnell eine Lösung gefunden werden wird. Im Sommer kann die Wohnung etwas aufheizen, aber es wird alles Menschenmögliche getan, um das so wenig wie möglich zuzulassen.

Super Unterkunft für Alleinreisende

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Wohnung! Perfekt für Alleinreisende. Man hat alles was man braucht, die Lage ist auch super und Duc war wirklich super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich hab mich sehr wohl und sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt, vielen Dank! 😊

Es hat meine allgemeine Erfahrung nicht verschlechtert, da es sich schnell gelöst hat, aber der Eingang der Wohnung war für mich am Anfang (trotz Bilder) etwas schwer zu finden. Eine genauere Beschreibung beim Check-In könnte hier auf jeden Fall helfen. Aber wenn man den Eingang erstmal gefunden hat dann läuft alles 😄
