Convenient location right next to the metro; the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir is about a 20-minute walk away. For other locations, it's better to take a taxi. The front desk is open 24/7. The room was quite comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed.
Not all staff members speak English, so there were occasional communication issues. The prices they offer for full-day taxi services are overpriced — you need to bargain, or better yet, look for other options.

The breakfast was good. The hotel is in the downtown and there were some good dining options nearby. The boys and girls in the reception were helpful. The kitchen was usable for some light cooking. There is a grocery shop on the other side of the street to buy water or some snacks.
Even though we booked the 1 bedroom apartment, we had to stay in the studio apartment for the first night. That one had a really bad smell from the bathroom which they tried to cover up with some strong air freshener. Luckily our booked 1 bedroom apartment was available the next day which met our expectations.
