The property was in a great location, and I really appreciated the comfortable atmosphere. The place was nice, and I enjoyed my stay overall. People were quite friendly.
There were none things that could have been better, and overall my stay was good and the experience was positive.

Convenient location right next to the metro; the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir is about a 20-minute walk away. For other locations, it's better to take a taxi. The front desk is open 24/7. The room was quite comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed.
Not all staff members speak English, so there were occasional communication issues. The prices they offer for full-day taxi services are overpriced — you need to bargain, or better yet, look for other options.
