Everything was nice but the staff was great The location is exactly what we needed

First of all, I would like to give my greatest gratitude to the amazing team: Fady, Mohammed, Hana, Omnia and Samar. They were brilliant and welcoming and met us with a smile every time. They went out and beyond to make the stay as comfortable as possible. They are the secret behind the great reviews of this nice hotel. Let's start from airport pickup service. I opted for that and it really made a difference! I was contacted by the driver (Tahir) a day before and he texted me as soon as we touched down. He was ready in front of the termianl by the tme we cleared customs. A modern well conditioned car took us smoothly to the hotel and the price is unbelievably reasonable. Tahir met us with cold bottled water and a bar of chocolate. What a decent man! I couldn't thank him enough for his hospitality and kindness. The tri pto the hotel turned in a guided tour as he spoke about few landmarks along the road. He also gave few useful suggestions. The room is wide and comforting. Air conditioning was top notch. The walk in shower was clean and had good water pressure and multiple shower heads. The room had a smart Samsung tv, stove and a microwave. Kitchen utensils were available but no actual cooking pots or frying pans. Location is perfect. It's downtown! Nile is a walking distance. Zamalek cornice is 10 minites by car! There are many grocery stores and pharmacies nearbye. There are 2 banks just outside the hotel with 24/7 ATM. Breakfast: I liked the idea of having different menu every day. They have 3 rotating menus: traditional egyptian, continental and egyptian pies day! I liked that day. You dont need to pick your breakfast, you just need to head to the restaurant area next to reception and your lovely hosts will bring you the tray of goodies with your choices of juice, tea or coffee. Guess what, the breakfast is served between 8-12! So you can sleep in as muchcas you want and still get a "brunch"!
