オーナーさんが親切で 部屋も広く、駅も近く 大人２人、中学生2人、小学生2人で十分に過ごす事が出来ました。 日本から持ってきた鏡を割ってしまいましたが、片付けも快く行ってくださいました。 ありがとうございます。

We enjoy the house, the rooms and location

The good... Location. It is seriously hard to beat. Food of all kinds - 2-3 min walk. Konkuk station of the green subway line - 5-7 min walk, airport bus - about 10-15 min walk. Supermarket (both eMart and Lotte Department Store) - 10-15 min walk. Air conditioned. VERY serious unit installed in the living room, and another smaller aircon in one of the bedrooms. We would have died there in 32C heat without them. Good washing and drying machines - unlike other properties that have dishwashers but no clothes dryer, I actually prefer clothes dryer if I am to choose from the two. Relatively quiet. 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of space (by Korean standards) - very family friendly, I'd say. Awesome Internet connection.

The bad... not a deal breaker though, just something to consider. The only table available is in the living room and if you work during your stay, that might be somewhat uncomfortable. Questionable design of the shower (though found in many other Korean properties) that does the job though. If you are looking for a nice view, which we were not, this is not it. No elevator - might matter for elderlies with lots of luggage. Again, I would not consider any of those to be significant enough. The positives outweigh the negatives by a huge margin. And the price is right - neither cheap, nor expensive. Spot on.
