Location was nice, <5 minute walk from the train, some breakfast places, CU was very close if we needed ice/water/coffee. Beds were comfy and there was AC and dehumidizer running.
I think adding a bit more instructions on how the AC/humidifier works in english (like that we had to empty the water tank, it was pretty humid the week we were there). Had to figure it out with Lens and google, dehumidifier is not a thing where we come from. But a minor thing.
