This property is really beautiful in a gorgeous old house with character and renovated in a very chic way. It’s clear the owners care about the guest experience by the amenities and how the place is decorated.
The check in was very easy and communication was very good.
I feel like we got a great value and that there are a couple of things that could be changed for the owner to increase the nightly rate.
It was extremely cold. The wall unit heaters were permanently shut off and it was 53 degrees F outside. Because the apartment is in a basement it’s extra cold. I had to put on layers and wear my coat in the house and it was tough to take a shower with the chill.
The sofabed unfortunately does not work as a bed because it is hard as a rock so we slept 3 people together in the regular bed.
Not a problem for us because it’s our kid but if there are 3 adults this could become awkward.
Overall though we really liked the place and it was convenient for our needs.

Ein traumhaft schönes Haus & Grundstück, die Besitzer sehr freundlich, locker und herzlich. Wir haben uns sofort zu Hause & gleichzeitig wie im Urlaub gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, stilvoll und schön. Wir waren und sind immer noch total begeistert! :-) Möchten auf jeden Fall gerne noch einmal wiederkommen.

Sehr fantasievoll mit hochwertigen Samitär-und Dekogegenständen ausgestattet. Gepflegte Gesamtanlage in ruhigem Wohngebiet . Im Souterrain gelegen. Eigentümerin wohnt im Haus.

Die Wohnung in einer stilvollen, sehr gepflegten Villa mit vorbildlich gepflegter Gartenanlage ist einfach toll. Das Vermieter-Ehepaar ist sehr freundlich. Kompliment! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
