Everything you need is there. From a washing machine and detergent to a toaster. Or a dishwasher of course with detergent as well. Even a laundry stand. It was clean and our spider issue which we couldn’t solve alone, because the rooms are very high, was solved immediately. It is quiet if you close the windows. Shopping facilities are close by.

No lift and it’s on the 3rd floor. The shower! You are not able to close it and I am sure it cannot be cleaned properly anymore and needs a replacement. Personally I don’t like it, when you can see the staircase of the house through a little gap between the main door and the frame. I mean it is an old building. Propper german house, but because the front door is not permanently locked, it could be a safety issue. You have to lock your apartment door, otherwise the apartment is open, because the door doesn’t shut by itself. A simple sofa in the rooms would change the picture as well.
